We supported the BRICS Solutions Award 2024 by attracting over 200 international participants for the final ceremony in Moscow.
Our work included targeted outreach across BRICS markets, coordination with national industry associations and verification of participants.
Result: 200+ delegates confirmed, representing innovative tech projects, public institutions and private companies across member states.
Global Delegations for the Mendeleev Chemistry Olympiad
We coordinated international delegations for one of the largest scientific competitions held in Brazil.
Our work included audience acquisition, communication with national ministries and science organizations, and full-cycle participant support.
Result: 39 countries represented, 400+ participants, strong institutional engagement across Europe, Asia, Africa and the CIS.
Industrial Partner Search in South Africa and Oman for PSS Corporation
For a major Russian engineering company, we executed an express partner search in Durban, SA, under tight deadlines. We delivered a full-cycle outreach and qualification process within three days and coordinated on-site negotiations.
Result: Meetings arranged with Manuchar SA, Dormac, Sandock Austral Shipyards and Transnet — top industry players and strategic targets for market entry.
We also carried out a partner search in Muscat, Oman, organizing offline meetings and negotiations with major players in the oil and gas, infrastructure, and port sectors.
Result: Meetings arranged with OQ, SOHAR Port and Freezone, Khimji Ramdas, Galfar Engineering & Contracting SAOG, Special Technical Services, and Masirah Island International.
Following the negotiations, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed, and the project work is ongoing.
Agri-export Partner Search Across Five Markets
We conducted a multi-country partner search for an agricultural producer, covering the UAE, Mongolia, Turkey, Belarus and India.
The process included long-list development, qualification, outreach, online meetings and negotiation support.
Result: 7 online meetings arranged within 45 days.
Signed export contract with a Mongolian partner for USD 125,000 (pilot shipment, scaling planned).
Contract with Belarus for rapeseed is in final approval.
Expert Research Across BRICS & MENA Markets
For a government-commissioned study, we conducted an international expert research project across agriculture and food security sectors.
We identified and secured interviews with senior leaders from major national chambers, industry associations and corporate groups across India, Iran, Egypt, Ethiopia, South Africa, UAE and China.
Result: Interviews conducted with high-level stakeholders from leading organizations (including national grain unions, major export associations, agricultural holdings, economic think-tanks and trade authorities).

Turnkey Trade Mission to Iran

We delivered a comprehensive 45-day preparation and full on-site coordination for a large Russian delegation in Iran.
Our work covered agenda design, sector targeting, B2B matchmaking, venue booking, protocol support and logistics for all participants.
Result: 200+ B2B meetings during the main session, 70+ additional meetings at an industry exhibition, a conference with 100+ attendees, visits to technoparks and major companies, and a tailored high-level program for the delegation head including government meetings.
Partner Search and Trial Organization in Belarus and Kazakhstan for Intera
For the Russian company Intera, a manufacturer of innovative anti-friction additives based on fullerene C60, we carried out a comprehensive partner search and designed a market entry pathway for Belarus and Kazakhstan. The project included industry interviews, regulatory requirements analysis, and the organization of local product trials.
Results:- In Belarus, product trials were approved and launched on the basis of a public transport fleet with the involvement of a relevant government organization. Negotiations were also held with a potential distributor, who confirmed readiness to act as Intera’s official partner in the Belarusian market upon successful trial results.
- In Kazakhstan, negotiations were organized and strong working relationships were established with industry companies and potential distributors within a 45-day timeframe.
Agribusiness Partner Search in Türkiye for Altai EcoSort
We organized targeted partner search and buyer outreach for the Russian agribusiness company Altai EcoSort as part of its participation in the international exhibition WorldFood Istanbul 2024.
The project focused on attracting qualified buyers and arranging B2B meetings directly at the company’s exhibition stand during the event.
Result:- over 15 targeted B2B meetings with Turkish buyers conducted during the exhibition;
- as a result of negotiations, a contract was signed with a Turkish company valued at approximately USD 1,020,000.
